By using the QC Food Truck app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

QC Food Truck provides a platform to discover food trucks in the Quad Cities area. We display information provided by food truck owners including locations, schedules, and menus.

Accuracy of Information

Food truck owners are responsible for keeping their information up-to-date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of truck locations, hours, menu items, or prices displayed in the app. Trucks may change their plans without notice.

User Accounts

You may create an account to access features like saving favorites and writing reviews. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the app's account settings.

Reviews

When you submit a review, you agree that your content is truthful and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or violate these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the app's operation
• Harass other users or food truck owners through the platform

Intellectual Property

The QC Food Truck app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Food truck owners retain rights to their own content (photos, descriptions, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

QC Food Truck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate food truck information, service interruptions, or food quality.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
